FORT BERENS PINOT GRIS 2025

Fort Berens Pinot Gris full bottle with orange cap and white label

Dry Pinot Gris British Columbia, Canada

Citrusy • Rounded • Crisp

Pear, melon and quince lead, with a little passion fruit adding a tropical lift. The medium-bodied palate is dry and lightly rounded, with bright citrus acidity keeping the fruit fresh. A stony, gently savoury edge carries into the lingering finish. Plenty of flavour, with enough zip to keep the next sip interesting.

Worth knowing

The 2025 spent four months on its lees, the spent yeast left after fermentation. That contact adds a creamy feel while the wine keeps its fresh, lively character.

At the table

Try seared scallops, a fresh summer salad or soft goat cheese. Serve chilled, around 8–10°C; give it a few minutes out of the fridge to let the fruit open up.
